This desire for a genuine experience has lead to detailed academic research into the history of the “Boxty” in Ireland. His unique expertise in the field has spawned a degree level thesis, patented recipes and a book in production…
So a unique truly authentic "look" and cuisine have been developed and crafted but that is far from the complete picture, what makes the final part, are the dedicated staff training and recruitment programs. The staff or "Boxty people" in Gallagher's benefit from the most careful selection and ongoing training programs in the industry…
